We're not here to sell you a strategy deck or a course. We come in, roll our sleeves up, and move the work you don't love into a tool or an automation that does it for you. Then we stay until it's running properly.

A short, plain description of the job, how long it'll take and what it'll cost. No surprises.
We do the work, with you
Usually in half days or full days. You're involved as much or as little as you like, and nothing gets switched off until the new thing is working.
We stay through the change
We show you and your team how it works and write down what you need. Then it's your choice: we stay until you can run it yourselves, or we keep running it for you.
What it costs
You'll know before we start.
Most of our work is done in half days and full days. Some jobs take one, some take a few.
After our first chat we'll tell you what we think it'll take and what that will cost, so you can decide with all the facts in front of you. If something turns out bigger than we thought, we'll talk to you before going any further.
We're a good fit if
- You run an owner-managed business, roughly 3 to 100 people.
- You're busy doing the work, and the admin keeps winning.
- You're a bit sceptical about AI, and want to see it work in a business like yours first.
- You'd rather have someone alongside you than another tool to figure out.
We're probably not right if
- You're after a big strategy report rather than something that works.
- You need a large team and a long-term IT contract.
- You want AI for the sake of it. We'll only use it where it genuinely helps.
