We've built an automation that connects Squarespace bookings to Salto KS. Someone books, they get access. When their time's up, access stops. You don't have to touch a thing.
The bit that keeps catching people out
You've got Salto KS installed. You've got a booking system. But the two don't talk to each other, so every time someone books a desk or a room, someone on your team has to manually create their key in Salto, send it over, and then remember to remove it afterwards.
It's one of those jobs that feels fine at first and then quietly becomes the thing nobody wants to deal with. Especially when it's a Saturday morning and someone is standing outside waiting.
We built this originally for a coworking space we ran ourselves. It handles new customers and returning ones differently, issues access on booking confirmation, and cuts it off when the session ends. The whole thing runs without anyone needing to be involved.
How it works

A guest or member books through your Squarespace site

The automation checks whether they're new or returning and sets up the right access in Salto KS
Step 3
Access is granted for their session and removed automatically when it ends

A few things worth knowing
This isn't a plug-and-play product. Every coworking space, holiday let, or hospitality business using Salto KS is set up slightly differently, so what we build for you is specific to how your system actually works. That's what makes it work properly rather than almost work.
As far as we know, we're one of very few people doing AI automation work who have actually built with Salto KS. If you've been told the integration isn't possible, or haven't been able to find anyone who knows the system, that's probably why. Pretty much anything can be automated now, and this is a good example of that.
We're currently working with early customers, which means you get proper attention and a real conversation rather than a sales process. Not on Squarespace but still using Salto KS? Still worth getting in touch.
